The Glastonbury Police Department is seeking feedback on the quality of service they provide to the public and is encouraging community members to respond to their satisfaction survey. The men and women of the Glastonbury Police Department take great pride in providing quality, professional service to all members of the Glastonbury community and the new Chief of Police, Marshall Porter, wants to ensure the Department is being responsive to community needs.
As of Tuesday, October 9th, a satisfaction survey has been made available for community members to provide feedback on various police activities. Community input regarding how the department is doing, as well as potential areas of improvement, is invaluable in helping the Police further enhance their services and plan for the future.
The survey is available electronically via the link below, or in printed form at the following town facilities:
- Police Department lobby (2108 Main St.)
- Customer Service Center at Town Hall
- Welles-Turner Memorial Library
- Riverfront Community Center
Chief Porter thanks community members in advance for taking a few minutes to complete this confidential and voluntary survey.
