The Town of Glastonbury is currently seeking teen members for their Youth Advisory Council.  The purpose of this council is to provide coordination of youth issues, make recommendations and give advice to the town government.  Becoming a member will enable you to participate as partners to improve the quality of life in our community.  You will have an opportunity to work with adults and provide valuable input to town staff and government on issues directly impacting the youth culture and environment. These issues may include: substance abuse prevention initiatives, public education, parks and recreation services and police enforcement issues.  We are selecting council members for the 2020/2021 school year and are accepting application for youth who are currently in grades 7-11.If you would like an application CLICK HERE.  For more information, please feel free to contact Mirela Mujcinovic, the Glastonbury Substance Abuse Prevention Coordinator, at 860-652-7531/E-Mail or Officer Jason Trudeau, Glastonbury High School SRO at 860-652-7500 ext.11040/ E-Mail
