Administrative Services

The Administrative Services Department is responsible for a broad range of activities including accounting, debt administration, purchasing functions, information technology, risk management for automobile, property and casualty, collection of property taxes, property assessment, vital records and ordinances. The director is also staff liaison for the Town Manager to the Board of Finance, the Insurance Advisory Committee and the Probate Court.

The Department is broken down into seven divisions:
