Glastonbury-Hebron Probate District is continuing its tradition of dealing with a variety of matters on behalf of our community. In addition to decedents' estates, the Court handles conservatorships, children's matters, including guardianship, temporary custody, termination of parental rights, guardianships of the estate of a minor, compromise of claims, adoption, emancipation, commitment of mentally ill; commitment of persons who are drug and/or alcohol-dependent; matters involving persons with mental retardation; trusts; marriage waivers; name changes; custody of the remains; and passport services.
