Special Needs Registry

We are currently collecting information about town residents who may need additional help or planning in the event of a public health emergency. This information can also be used by first responders (ambulance, police and fire) when responding to a 911 call.  Please call the Health Department at (860) 652-7534 for more information about being placed on the list. The connection will be made to your home phone number which must be a land line, not a cell phone. If you would like to be added to our alert system, please download the attached form and mail it to the attention of the Health Department.
