This holiday season, the Town of Glastonbury is coordinating a number of programs to help community members in need. Please review the opportunities to give below and share with your friends/family.  Thank you in advance for your support!

"Stuff a Cruiser" Police Toy Drive

The Police Department is hosting 2 toy drive "Stuff a Cruiser" collections to benefit local families in need and the CT Children's Medical Center.  These will be held on Wednesday, December 5th and Saturday, December 8th, from 10am-2pmClick here to view details on both "Stuff a Cruiser" collection events.

Contributions to the Social Services Discretionary Fund

Glastonbury Social Services welcomes donations to their Discretionary Fund, which is used throughout the year to assist residents in need with things like rent, medical supplies and to support the food/fuel bank.  To contribute to this fund, please contact Theresa Buckson of the Social Services Department at (860) 652-7640.

No Shave November

This month, the Glastonbury Police Department is participating in "No Shave November" to raise money for the CT Cancer Foundation. 100% of donations will go to the CT Cancer Foundation and will particularly support their ambassador Wes, a 15 year old battling metastatic Ewing's sarcoma. They've nearly reached their goal and, with 2 days left of the fundraiser, all donations of any size are appreciated.  Please click here to learn more or make a donation and thank you for supporting this cause!
