Police Department Collecting Survey Feedback of PD Service

The Glastonbury Police Department is seeking feedback on the quality of service they provide to the public and is now encouraging community members to respond to their satisfaction survey.  The men and women of the Glastonbury Police Department take great pride in providing quality, professional service to all members of the Glastonbury community and the new Chief of Police, Marshall Porter, wants to ensure the Department is being responsive to community needs.  As of Tuesday, October 9th, a satisfaction survey is available for community members to provide feedback on various police activities.

Community input regarding how the department is doing, as well as potential areas of improvement, is invaluable in helping the Police further enhance their services and plan for the future.  The survey is available electronically and in hard copy for resident convenience.  Electronic survey submissions can be completed by visiting www.glastonbury-ct.gov/pdsurvey and clicking on the survey link.  Printed copies of the survey are also available in the Police Department lobby (2108 Main St.) as well as the customer service center at Town Hall, Welles-Turner Memorial Library, and the Riverfront Community Center.  Chief Porter would like to thank community members in advance for taking a few minutes to complete this confidential and voluntary survey.
